Best CRM for real estate agents in 2026: 9 options compared

The best real estate CRM depends on where your leads come from. Teams that live on the phone — calling expireds, FSBOs, past clients or lists they import — get the most from RevRing, which puts a power and predictive dialer, two-way texting, email and a CRM in one place. Teams that mainly buy portal and website leads and need fast routing most often choose Follow Up Boss. If you want an IDX website and lead generation from the same vendor, look at Lofty, Real Geeks, Sierra Interactive or CINC. Wise Agent is a low-cost option with transaction management, and Top Producer suits agents who farm with MLS data.

How to choose

Where your leads come from

Portal and website leads need instant routing and automated follow-up. Prospecting (expireds, FSBOs, circle prospecting, past clients) needs a fast dialer and texting. Referral and farming businesses need market data and long-term nurture.

Whether you need a website

IDX-website platforms (Lofty, Real Geeks, Sierra, CINC, BoldTrail) bundle the site, ads and CRM. A CRM without a website, like Follow Up Boss or RevRing, connects to the site you already have.

What kind of dialing is included

Click-to-call, a single-line power dialer and a multi-line dialer are very different tools, and calling is often an add-on. The table says what each vendor states.

Where prospecting data comes from

Expired, FSBO and pre-foreclosure data is sold by dialer vendors such as REDX, Vulcan7 and Mojo. A CRM that imports lists works with any data provider.

Do-not-call compliance

Cold calling homeowners is regulated by the TCPA and the National Do Not Call Registry. Check that lists are scrubbed and calling hours enforced before you dial.

The real monthly cost

Compare per-user and per-team pricing and add setup fees, IDX feed fees, dialer add-ons and lead packages.

Prospecting dialers that sell listing data

Listing agents who prospect expireds and FSBOs often buy the data and the dialer together. These products sell seller-lead data with a dialer; they are usually used alongside a CRM rather than instead of one.

Power, predictive, progressive and preview dialing: what's the difference?

Click-to-call places one call when the agent clicks a number. A power dialer works through a list for the agent, placing the next call as soon as the previous one ends — one line per agent, so every answered call has an agent waiting.

A predictive dialer calls several numbers per agent at once and connects whichever person answers. It produces more live conversations per hour, but if more people answer than there are free agents, a call is abandoned. In the US, the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule safe harbor limits abandoned calls to 3% of calls answered by a person, measured per campaign over 30 days.

Progressive dialing places one call automatically as soon as an agent becomes free, and preview dialing shows the agent the record first and lets them decide when to dial. Vendors use these names a little differently, so check what each one means in practice.

RevRing offers power dialing (one line per agent, Scale and Pro plans) and predictive dialing (two or three lines per agent, Pro plan), with adaptive pacing that follows the live connect rate and is capped at a 3% abandonment rate.

Good to know

  • LionDesk, still listed by some 2026 guides, was discontinued: Lone Wolf wound it down through September 2025 (HousingWire, Inman).
  • Chime is now Lofty (since November 2023) and kvCORE is now BoldTrail (since June 2024).

Frequently asked questions

What is the best CRM for real estate agents?

It depends on your lead sources. For phone prospecting from your own lists, RevRing combines a power and predictive dialer with texting, email and a CRM. Follow Up Boss is the most common choice for teams buying leads from many sources; Lofty, Real Geeks, Sierra Interactive and CINC bundle an IDX website and lead generation; Wise Agent is a low-cost option; Top Producer suits farming with MLS data.

Which real estate CRMs include a dialer?

As the vendors state it: Follow Up Boss includes calling on Pro and Platform and sells it as an add-on on Grow; Lofty includes a basic dialer with a power dialer add-on; Real Geeks includes click-to-call; Sierra Interactive has a browser dialer; CINC sells a 3-line dialer add-on; Wise Agent offers the WAVV power dialer as an add-on; RevRing includes power dialing on Scale and Pro and predictive dialing on Pro.

Do I need a separate dialer for expired and FSBO leads?

Usually you need a data source. REDX, Vulcan7 and Mojo sell expired and FSBO data with their dialers. RevRing does not sell listing data, but it can dial any list you import, after scrubbing it against do-not-call and litigator lists.

Is there a free CRM for real estate agents?

None of the real estate CRMs in this guide is free. Follow Up Boss and Wise Agent offer 14-day trials. General-purpose CRMs such as HubSpot have free plans but no real estate features. RevRing has no free plan or trial.

What happened to LionDesk, Chime and kvCORE?

LionDesk was discontinued by Lone Wolf in 2025. Chime rebranded as Lofty in 2023, and kvCORE became BoldTrail in 2024.

Can RevRing text real estate leads?

Yes. RevRing sends and receives SMS from your own numbers, with A2P 10DLC registration built in, and bulk texting is available on the Scale and Pro plans.
