Access Process

Three steps to document access

Access to RevRing's confidential investment materials is granted after review. Each stage is recorded for our compliance records.

STEP 1

Register and complete the questionnaire

Provide your details and complete the investor questionnaire in a single submission.

STEP 2

Review and access letter

Our team reviews your submission. On approval you'll receive the Confidential Investor Access Letter to countersign electronically. You and RevRing each receive a signed copy.

STEP 3

Access code and repository

Once your signed letter is returned, an access code is issued to your registered email. Use it to open the secure document repository.

RevRing will sell Units only to purchasers who are accredited investors and whose status RevRing has verified through reasonable steps. Checking a category is not enough by itself. Complete this questionnaire and select a verification method. Do not email unredacted tax returns, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or consumer reports unless RevRing provides a secure transmission method.

Qualified third-party confirmation. A registered broker-dealer, SEC-registered investment adviser, licensed attorney, or certified public accountant will provide the Company's confirmation form stating that the verifier took reasonable steps within the prior three months and determined that the purchaser is accredited.Income documents. The purchaser will provide IRS forms reporting income for the two most recent years and the current-year expectation representation.Net-worth documents. The purchaser will provide asset documentation dated within the prior three months, a nationwide consumer report for liabilities, and the liability representation.Prior Company verification. The Company verified the purchaser as accredited within the prior five years, the purchaser supplies the representation, and the Company has no contrary knowledge.Other reasonable method. The information in this questionnaire is true, complete, and not misleading, and the purchaser will promptly report any material change before closing.
If relying on income, the purchaser reasonably expects to satisfy the applicable income threshold in the current year.
If relying on net worth, the purchaser has disclosed all liabilities necessary to determine net worth and understands the special treatment of debt secured by a primary residence.
If relying on a prior verification, the purchaser remains accredited under the category previously verified.
The purchaser is acquiring the Units for its own account and not for a person whose identity or beneficial ownership has not been disclosed to the Company. The purchaser authorizes the Company to contact the identified verifier and to retain this questionnaire and verification records as required for the offering. The Company may reject the subscription or request additional evidence.
